You’d be surprised how poor broadband Internet coverage is outside of major metropolitan areas in the United States. Some places are simply off-grid, or have to rely on dial up. All you have to do is drive an hour out and there’s no more Internet.

People like dumb shit all the time if they think they are scoring points for their team. The concept of backlash implies that a change in opinion but I suspect those 187k likers would have liked just about anything you care to post that was anti-israel, anti-west, anti-us, pro-hamas, pro-forced-collectivism, etc. I don't think anyone's mind was changed by the quote tweet.
